If you need support beyond training videos, Guidewheel provides several built-in ways to get help. You can explore articles and videos in the Help Center or ask questions directly through the in-app chat.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Guidewheel app

  • Internet connection

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the bottom left corner of the Guidewheel app, click Help Center.

    • The Help Center is available in both English and Spanish.

    • Browse multiple articles and videos for step-by-step instructions.

  2. If you still need help, click the chat icon (Intercom button) in the app.

    • Type your question into the chat.

    • The AI agent will provide answers and direct you to the right resources.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use the Help Center first for quick self-service answers.

  • Switch between English and Spanish depending on your preference.

  • For faster results, be specific when typing your question into the chat.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: You can’t find the Help Center.

    • Fix: Look in the bottom left corner of the Guidewheel app.

  • Symptom: The chat doesn’t respond.

    • Fix: Refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, contact your Customer Success Representative.
