Step-by-Step Instructions
In the bottom left corner of the Guidewheel app, click Help Center.
The Help Center is available in both English and Spanish.
Browse multiple articles and videos for step-by-step instructions.
If you still need help, click the chat icon (Intercom button) in the app.
Type your question into the chat.
The AI agent will provide answers and direct you to the right resources.
Tips & Best Practices
Use the Help Center first for quick self-service answers.
Switch between English and Spanish depending on your preference.
For faster results, be specific when typing your question into the chat.
Troubleshooting
Symptom: You can’t find the Help Center.
Fix: Look in the bottom left corner of the Guidewheel app.
Symptom: The chat doesn’t respond.
Fix: Refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, contact your Customer Success Representative.
