Prerequisites
A valid username (different from your email address)
A 12-character password
Access to your workplace email
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Guidewheel login page.
Enter your username (note: this is not your email address).
Enter your 12-character password.
Click Login.
If you forgot your password:
Click Forgot password.
Enter your workplace email.
Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the instructions.
If you don’t know your username or need further assistance, contact a team member who already uses Guidewheel or reach out to your Customer Success Representative.

Double-check that you are using your username, not your email, when logging in.
