Overview:
Shift View helps you see how each shift is performing by filtering the uptime view based on your plant’s scheduled working hours. This feature is valuable for plant managers, supervisors, and operations teams looking to evaluate shift-specific performance.

NOTE: Ensure your shift schedule is correctly set up in the Device List settings.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Uptime page.

  2. Ensure you have a Device List selected in the top right corner dropdown

  3. Select the "Shift View" toggle in the top-left corner.

  4. Choose a shift (e.g., First Shift) from the dropdown to view its data.

  5. Choose the date of the shift you want to view

  6. Use Current Shift + Live Mode to auto-refresh the data view in real time. This ensures the page updates every minute without manual refresh—helpful for displays or when passively monitoring from your desk.

Tips & Best Practices:

  • Confirm your shift schedule is up to date—outdated shifts will produce confusing data.

  • Use Shift View during morning standups or daily Gemba walks to highlight shift-specific trends.

  • Shift View is the best way to view the uptime page for a specific date in the past
