You can now view current shift on the Uptime page, making it easier to monitor real-time performance at a glance.

On the uptime page you can now:

  • View live or historical runtime by current shift, specific shifts, or date

  • Spot late starts with a new calendar icon found next to the machine name

  • Know when the next shift starts with a new pop up to stay ahead of schedule

  • Coming soon: see the number of stops and duration by machine

The calendar icon will automatically appear next to a machine’s name when it starts later than scheduled when the current shift filter is selected. By default, the system will consider this a late start for up to 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, the system assumes the delay is not just a late start but a different downtime reason.

You can customize the late start upper threshold by going to Settings > Configurations > Device Lists > Schedule > Late Start Thresholds.

For example, if late starts should only be tracked for the first 10 minutes of a shift, set the late start threshold to 10 minutes. Moving forward, any downtime beyond the 0-10 minute interval will no longer be considered a late start.

To unlock this feature, work with your CSM to ensure shifts and plants are properly set up and up to date, or reach out to [email protected] with additional questions.
