You can use Guidewheel to both save energy in your cold rooms, and help avoid product quality damage.

First, use Guidewheel Diagnostics to examine what your refrigerators' Active Power patterns look like when they are functioning correctly. Based on those "ideal" parameters, set up Guidewheel Alerts to get an SMS any time parameters are abnormal to help prevent both energy waste and product quality damage. For example, if compressors show a regular loading/unloading patterns, you can set up an alert for any time they have been running on loaded for too long.

Similarly, if your cold rooms have air curtains, you can double check to ensure they are functioning effectively, then use Diagnostics and Calculations to determine the baseline and set up Alerts to to let you know when energy use increases, indicating a potential problem with your air curtains.

Finally, you can test cascading compressors/evaporator runs to match cooling demand, using Guidewheel Calculations to assess the impact of the changes and set baselines.
