The Issues widget highlights the most frequent or longest issues recorded, displayed as a Pareto chart.

Why it matters

Recurring issues drain output and operator focus. Highlighting them allows managers to prioritize the most impactful problems.

How it works

  • Choose to view issues by duration or frequency.

  • Sort by tags, devices, assignee, status, or type.

  • Compare today’s issues vs. yesterday’s in a Pareto chart.

How to apply

  • Use duration view for leadership reviews; use frequency view for operator-level coaching.

  • Track whether corrective actions reduce recurrence over time.

  • Assign responsibility and follow up during team meetings.
