Create a list of devices associated with a plant, department, or group to use throughout the Guidewheel site.

List View allows the creation of a custom device list to use throughout the Guidewheel site. This is especially useful for associating devices with one location, department, or group, so that only devices relevant to a role or location are visible.

Lists can be associated with Guidewheel users with the roles of Manager, Engineer and Recipient. Guidewheel users with the Admin role will have visibility into all lists created within Guidewheel.

To create a List, navigate to Settings --> Configurations --> Devices Lists. Click the + icon to create a new List.

Input the name of the List and select which devices should be associated with that List. Click 'Save'.

To see the Lists that have been created in Guidewheel, navigate to Settings --> Configurations --> Devices Lists.

To associate a List to a user with the Manager, Engineer, or Recipient role, navigate to Settings --> Configurations --> Users. In the Edit section for the user, select the 'Limit Access to' drop down and place a check mark next to the list(s) to associate. Click 'Save'.

Summary: With a list selected, only those devices defined in the List will be displayed throughout Guidewheel
