The Configuration section lets you manage how users, machines, shifts, and tags behave in Guidewheel. You’ll return here often during onboarding and as operations change.
You can get to the Configurations section by going to Settings > Configurations
Key Sections:
Users & Staff – Create access and assign production roles
Devices – Configure machines, performance targets, and metrics
Shifts – Define working hours for each site
Tags – Set downtime categories for tracking loss
Planned Downtime – Internal-only, defines known breaks
Device Lists & Groups – Organize machines for easier analysis
