Step 1: Install a Tab Rotation Extension

To rotate between multiple Scoreboard tabs, install a browser extension that enables automatic tab switching. GoRotate for Google Chrome in one example.

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for GoRotate, or visit this link to install directly.

  2. After installing, click the extension icon, go to Settings, and adjust the rotation interval (e.g., switch tabs every 10 seconds).

  3. If you're using a different browser, search for “screen rotator extensions” to find a compatible tool.

Step 2: Set Up Your Scoreboard Views

  1. Open a new browser tab for each Scoreboard view you want to display.

  2. In each tab:

    • Navigate to the Scoreboard module in Guidewheel.

    • Select the specific Scoreboard view you want shown on that tab.

    • Ensure Live Mode is enabled so the data updates in real time.

    • Confirm that the correct metrics are selected for each view.

Step 3: Start the Rotation

  1. Click the tab rotation extension icon.

  2. Select Start Rotation.

  3. Your browser will now automatically switch between tabs at the set interval.

Tips for Success

  • Use a dedicated monitor in fullscreen mode for clean display.

  • Keep the browser and extension up to date for best performance.

  • Double-check that Live Mode is enabled on each tab—otherwise, the data won't refresh.

Troubleshooting

Tabs aren’t rotating?

  • Ensure the extension is enabled and you’ve clicked “Start Rotation.”

  • Try restarting your browser or try a different browser.

Scoreboard data not updating?

  • Make sure Live Mode is turned on in each tab.

  • Refresh the tab or log back into Guidewheel if the data appears stuck.
