Steps to Add Single Product
Navigate to Settings > Production Settings > Products.
Click the + icon.
Fill in:
Product Name
Machine it runs on
Metric (speed or cycles)
If Speed, set rate per hour
If Cycles, set Units per Cycle and Standard Cycle Time
Click Save
Bulk Upload Option:
Download the attached Excel template and fill in the necessary information.
IMPORTANT: Column B requires the Device ID, not the Device Name
To find the Device ID go to Settings > Devices >Edit the device > Details tab > copy Device ID
Do NOT remove or change the order of columns.
Send the completed sheet to your Customer Success Manager, or [email protected].
