How to change the language in Google Chrome

Using Mac or Linux? Chrome will automatically display in the default system language for your computer. The option explained here is only available on Windows computers.

1. On your Windows computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click on the three dots icon next to your profile icon, and then on Settings.

3. On the left bar, find and click on Languages.

4. Under Preferred languages you’ll see a list of language already added to your browser. Click the three-dot icon near your preferred language, then select Display Google Chrome in this language.

5. If the language you’re looking for isn't listed, add it by clicking Add languages.

6. Relaunch Chrome to apply the changes.


How to change the language in Microsoft Edge

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser on your computer and click on the three dot icon at the top-right corner of your window.

2. Next, select Settings at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

3. From the Settings page, select Languages. Click on the three-dot icon right next to your preferred language, then select Display Microsoft Edge in this Language.

4. If the language you’re looking for isn't listed, add it by clicking Add languages.

5. Restart your Microsoft Edge browser to apply the changes.
