When creating or editing an alert, the ‘Do Not Disturb Times’ section allows you to select specific days and times that you do not wish to receive a SMS notification when an alert is triggered.

You can do the following to select which days of the week and times of the day you do not wish to be disturbed:

  • Select the day of the week you do not wish to be disturbed by alerts.

  • To set Do Not Disturb for the entire day, select the ‘All Day’ checkbox. This will prefill the Starts and Ends sections with the entire day.

  • To set Do Not Disturb to a specific range of time, enter the start time and end time for the Do Not Disturb period.

  • You can set the Do Not Disturb period for a portion of the morning and evening on the same day. For example, if you select a Start time of 5 PM and an end time of 9 AM on a Wednesday, the Do Not Disturb time would be from 00:00 to 09:00 AM and from 17:00 PM to 23:59 PM on that Wednesday.

  • Once your preferences for the alert have been completed, click the ‘Create Alert’ button to create the alert.
