Apply shift schedules to alert windows

Easily configure alert windows to ensure your teams receive relevant alerts during their shifts.

Setting up alerts just got easier! You can now apply shift schedules to alert windows so notifications only trigger during the relevant shifts. This simplifies configuration and ensures each team gets the right alerts during their shift.

How to set this up:

  1. Navigate to the Issues page and click on Alert Settings

  2. Create a new alert or edit an existing one

  3. Toggle to the Alert Window section

  4. Click "COPY + PASTE SHIFT TIMES"

  5. Select the appropriate shift schedule from the dropdown

Note: Alert windows do not automatically change when shift schedules are updated. If you edit a shift schedule after applying it to an alert, you'll need to also update the alert window. Automatic syncing is planned for a future release.
