How To Update Your User Profile and Timezone Settings

Make sure your alerts, reports, and dashboards reflect the right location and contact info.

Use this when: You're setting up a new user or ensuring data aligns across multiple time zones.

Keeping your user settings accurate ensures reports, alerts, and dashboards show the right data for the right location.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences > User Settings.

  2. Add or update your phone number, including WhatsApp if you want alerts there.

  3. Select a default landing page (see options below).

  4. Set the timezone to match the plant’s location—not your personal or corporate HQ.

  5. Click Save.

Landing Page Options:

  • Sidekick (Operators)

  • Uptime (Plant Managers)

  • Production (Engineers/Analysts)

  • Scoreboard (Shop Floor displays)

⚠️ Watchout: Incorrect timezones may cause data to appear on the wrong shift or date.
