Email reports help drive awareness to all levels of the organization by helping teams know where they are winning or losing so they can take corrective action. With this new update, you can now see a summary of your cycle performance in email reports after each shift, day, and week to help you know where you’re leading and lagging in throughput.
Regularly reviewing cycle data in automated email reports can help you:
Reduce production bottlenecks - review cycling devices and cycle time performance against targets to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement
Customize your data for your needs - configure reports to align with your specific operational goals and show you the metrics that are most meaningful to you
To start receiving cycle data in your email reports:
Once logged into Guidewheel, go to Settings >> Preferences >> Email Reports
