Downtime Email Reports

Get a daily, comprehensive view into where production time is being lost and why.

The Downtime Email Report provides a clear, daily snapshot of where production time is being lost. This report combines machine downtime with issue tags, highlighting both known and unidentified downtime, to provide simple, actionable data to review in daily meetings or shift handoffs.

How it works:

  • See downtime broken down by device and tag category (Planned, Unplanned, Unidentified)

  • Highlight untagged downtime to improve root cause visibility

  • Configure by shift or full day, and select devices to include

Setup instructions:

  1. Go to Email Reports under Preferences

  2. Click “+” to create a new report

  3. Select “Downtime” widget and choose devices

  4. Choose downtime calculation method (Idle + Offline or Offline only)

  5. Save and start receiving daily emails
