Keep alerts escalating until an issue is resolved.

You can now enable alerts to continue escalating until an issue is marked as resolved, regardless of issue tagging or status updates. This ensures that alerts for downtime, idle time, or other critical issues continue until they are addressed.

This update helps you:

  • Ensure important issues don’t go unnoticed by keeping alerts active until resolved.

  • Respond faster with continuous visibility into unresolved issues.

  • Customize how often leads, supervisors, and managers receive updates.

To activate this feature, simply toggle on “Alert until resolved” when creating or editing an alert. For additional help, reach out to [email protected] with any other questions.
