We’re excited to kick off 2025 by releasing two customer-related features that help you operate more efficiently and enable your team to win the day. Learn how you can start using them today.

1. View your entire operations at a glance with the Plant Pulse map

From the Scoreboard page, you can now toggle to the Plant Pulse map to view plant runtime performance at a glance. This dynamic new view shows you a live pulse of all your locations and allows you to quickly drill down to the plant or machine level to look into any issues.

Now, operational leaders can:

  • Easily compare performance across locations

  • Ensure every plant is performing at its full potential

  • Solve problems before they escalate

In order to access your Plant Pulse map, you’ll need to define which machines are part of each plant. Continue reading to learn more about setting it up.

For additional help configuring your plant, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected].

2. Easily organize machines by plant

Many of our customers already group machines by type, location, and more using device lists. Now, you can also organize those machines into plants—making it easier to group machines by physical location and apply relevant shift schedules, users, and tags to each plant.

Organizing your machines into plants allows you to:

  • Automatically track current shift performance in Scoreboard - ensure teams know their performance at all times

  • Streamline multi-plant reporting - easily view, monitor, and report on data across plants to drive strategic decisions

  • Take advantage of the Live Map - access a view of your entire operations for a live pulse of plants’ runtime performances

To configure your plant:

  1. Go to Settings > Configurations > Device Lists

To create a new plant

  • Click the ‘+’ button

  • Enter the plant name, devices, tags, runtime targets, and users

  • For List Type, Select plant

  • Click the Schedule tab and enter your shift information

  • Click the Location tab and enter your location

  • Click Save once completed

To update your existing device list to a plant:

  • Search for the device list you want to update

  • Click the edit icon next to the relevant device list

  • Under ‘List Type’, select plant

  • If necessary, adjust your plant name, devices, tags, runtime targets, and users

  • Click the Schedule tab and enter your shift information

  • Click the Location tab and enter your location

  • Click Save once completed
